The Last Hex – Devlog 2 – Updates galore

Hello everyone! Devlog number 3 here and we have quite a bit to talk about so lets just jump straight into it.

Replay FX

We went to our first large convention and it was amazing! We were able to meet so many interesting people and get quite a lot of feedback. Bugs, ideas, fixes, improvements and so much more. I would say around 200 check box items that we are looking to fix/improve before our next con in a week. Replay FX gave us a huge confidence boost for us an it was really good to see how many people enjoyed the game. Many people even came back to try again.

General game updates

Here I will talk about general game updates that we have performed that is of importance since last devlog.

  • Our humble bundle page is almost ready!
  • We changed the design of the enemy card so that it is not confused with a player card.
  • Adding more and more quality of life improvements and starting to work on accessibility improvements like changing colors for those who have color vision deficiencies.
  • An overwhelming response to wanting to see the game go to tablet mobile, we have started to make decisions with this in mind.
  • A handful of new cards
  • 5 new events
  • 100s of bug fixes and text updates.
